A new Approach to age old Questions

Already 2000 years ago, Philosophers around the World tried to answer the questions about our basic human behaviors, instincts, thoughts, emotions, and feelings. We still study Plato and Confucious.

Yet, it seems that we are often not a bit wiser than our forefathers. We are trying to juggle our busy lives and quickly get overwhelmed.

Growing Tall Services takes a practical and personal approach exploring what keeps us awake at night by offering one-to-one sessions, group mentoring, tutorials, facilitating community building and workshops.

The Logo of Growing Tall is a lighthouse in a storm. What does that mean?

Our basic instincts are to keep ourselves safe and to have a happy life. And of course also some fun. It is a simple human need.

Unfortunately, we sometimes develop the belief, that this is the State we should be in at all times. It also doesn’t help that it has become accepted norm to label emotions and feelings as good or bad.

Of course, we all want to feel good, but all emotions are human. They come and go. Labeling some feelings as negative applies, that we should try to avoid them at all cost. We are putting up a fight, which we cannot win. Life is not plain sailing. There are many things out of our control. Struggling against them only leads us into a downwards spiral and down a very deep rabbit hole. The possibility of being balanced and fulfilled becomes impossible.

Life is like the sea. There are sunny and calm times and every so often a storm comes along.

The idea is to be like that lighthouse in the sea. Our mental and physical health is the foundation of our being. This is the rock we built our lives on.

We construct the lighthouse as a tall, strong, and resilient building. It is equipped for the storms life every so often throws at us.

Hopefully, this lighthouse will also shine out a beacon of light. It will guide others stuck in a boat in the rocky sea home to their safe rock.

Growing Tall Services strives to be that beacon. Nobody has the answers for other people. We all have our own unique solutions within us. But sometimes, we need someone to point us in the right direction towards the shore, so that we can paddle our little boat towards those steady rocks and into safety.

We don’t know what we are not aware of. It usually just needs a beam of light, to make it visible.

How can we address and lead ourselves towards this vision? 95% of our problems are due to poor communication skills. We communicate all day long, either with others or to our ourselves, engaging in self-talk. Even when we sleep our brain isn’t quiet. We dream. Yet, communication is the one skill we get never taught. The foundation of a balanced and solution focused life is great communication.

If you feel stuck or lost in life, are overwhelmed and stressed and don’t know where to start, join me in one of my Communication Workshop Series. It is a great way in to Clarity.

I look forward to listen to your own unique story.
