One – to – one Skilled Helping Sessions
<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

We are all familiar with the sentence: “I need to find myself.”<\/strong><\/p>

For me this is a strange concept. Am I not with me all the time, right here, right now? The\u00a0 more accurate statement is probably ” Why do I feel so disconnected from myself.” <\/p>

Sometimes it can feel like someone else is in charge and we simply go through the motions of the day.<\/p>

Do you feel, that you are holding your real “You” locked up? Are you frustrated as you feel that life is passing you by?<\/p>

If the answers are yes, then these could be the right sessions for you.<\/p>

Our time together will be about exploring what you need and what is right for you.\u00a0 We will collaborate with each other and to find your unique solutions, which work for your life circumstances. They are for individuals who are stuck at crossroads or feel overwhelmed because their life seems totally out of balance.<\/p>

It is a person centered approach. We will work together through periods of transition, change, stress, burn out, uncertainty and\/or a feeling of being stuck on a hamster wheel.<\/p>

The sessions are geared of identifying your voids in life and to gain clarity of who you really are and what you really desire.<\/p>

This can be booked as single sessions or packages.<\/p>

At the moment all sessions are held via Zoom link.<\/p>

Single sessions: \u20ac 100<\/p>

Packages:\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a02 Sessions \u20ac 180.00 (\u20ac90 per session) \u00a0<\/p>

3-6 Sessions \u20ac\u00a0 70 per session \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

7 Sessions or more \u20ac 60.00 per session<\/p>

Length of Sessions: 60 to 90 mins<\/p>

Mentoring Services<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

You probably wonder what is the difference between 1-to-1 Skilled Helping sessions and Mentorship?<\/p>

During the Skilled Helping sessions there is a lot of space given to you to explore what answers you find within yourelf.<\/p>

Mentorship will also give that space, but is taking the work we do a bit deeper and further.<\/p>

During our Mentorship Relationship there will be also some aspects of training, teaching and some guidance (not advice giving).<\/p>

The programs will be for a longer period.\u00a0 Starting from 2 months up to a year.\u00a0<\/p>

If you see your life as an iceberg, skilled helping will go a few meters under the surface to address some immediate issues.\u00a0 Mentorship will take a deep dive in to the ocean.<\/p>

As with Skilled Helping the space will be yours and we go exactly where you need to go. The results will profound.<\/p>

Costs:<\/p>

2 months package (or 8 sessions at \u20ac 110 ps)\u00a0 \u20ac 880<\/p>

3 months package (or 12 sessions at \u20ac 100 ps) \u20ac 1200<\/p>

6 months package (or 24 sessions at \u20ac 90 ps) \u20ac 2160<\/p>

12 months package (or 48 sessions at \u20ac 80 ps) \u20ac 3840<\/p>

Please note the above sessions do not need to be taking within the pre-scribed time frame.\u00a0 If you are working on something and you need more time between sessions, than they will be taken forward.\u00a0<\/p>

Why are the session more expensive than coaching?\u00a0 The time frame will be 90 mins to 2 hours per session and it takes me more preparation time in between sessions.<\/p>

A great way to grow is also to learn from other Men-tees.\u00a0 The biggest celebrations I have experienced for individuals are actual within Mentorship Groups.\u00a0 This makes the cost also more affordable.<\/strong><\/p>

Workshops and Faciliation<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

For the past 3 years I am holding regular events for training groups, companies and organizations.\u00a0 These can be workshops on a specific subject, group mentoring or facilitating a group event.<\/p>

I will be able to specifically tailor make workshops for your requirements.\u00a0 Please have a look at the page “groups and organizations”.<\/p>

My workshops are always interactive and we will engage with each other. There might be Powerpoint slides, but certainly no “death by Powerpoint”.\u00a0<\/p>

The aim is always to make the subject relevant to the participants life’s and to have a learning experience by adding to our life skills.<\/p>

I am running regular Events through Eventbrite which are open to the public.<\/p>
