If you’re here, there’s a good chance something in your life doesn’t feel quite right anymore.

Maybe you feel stuck.
Maybe you’ve lost your sense of direction.
Maybe you know you want change—but you’ve no idea where to start.

I know that place.

On the outside, my life once looked full and successful. I had a career, perceived stability, and a busy life. But underneath it all, something was missing. I felt disconnected from any meaning in life.

One of my life mottos is simple:
All roads lead to Rome—and life is about the journey and the detours we take along the way.

I’ve taken many personal and professional detours—working as a psychiatric nurse, a chef, a sales professional, and a travel consultant. I’ve travelled solo, moved countries, and built a life in unfamiliar places. By day, I worked hard to pay the bills. By night, I performed stand-up comedy and improvisation, even co-running a comedy club across multiple venues as a creative outlet.

I kept going and kept doing what I thought I should do.

But all I achieved was running endlessly on a hamster wheel.

What I came to understand is this: I only found real peace, balance, and contentment when I stopped conforming to expectations—and started taking ownership of my own life.

That wasn’t an overnight change.

It started with awareness.
Understanding how my experiences had shaped my habits, my thinking, my beliefs.

Because our experiences make us who we are. But they don’t have to define where we stay.

As I became more aware, I began to create something I hadn’t felt before: true personal freedom. The kind of freedom that allows you to choose your direction, build meaningful relationships, and actually feel at home in your own life.

And one thing became very clear to me—we’re not meant to do this alone. We need connection. We need community.

This realisation led me to Achology, where I trained in Modern Applied Psychology. I developed skills in counselling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), NLP, life coaching, skilled helping and hypnotherapy.  I also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I continue to be an active member in Achology to give back what I so generously received in this community.

Today, I run Growing Tall Services, where I support people who feel exactly like I once did—stuck, searching, and ready for something to change.

Through training and mentoring, I help individuals and leaders in organisations build life skills, manage stress, improve communication, get comfortable with Public Speaking and reconnect with what really matters.

I see myself as someone who values growth, clarity, independence, and integrity. I’ve been told I have a natural ability to ask the right questions—and I approach challenges with curiosity, intention, and honesty.

My approach is simple: to have honest conversations and space to figure things out—without pressure or judgement.

Because I don’t believe you’re broken. I believe you’re at a turning point.

My guiding belief remains:
“We all have to die, but not everyone truly lives.”

So many of us get stuck in routines and expectations that don’t truly belong to us.

But there is another way.

Let’s embrace uncommon sense.
Let’s break free from old patterns.
Let’s create more freedom.
Let’s bring lightness, laughter, and peace back into our lives.

If any of this resonates with you, let’s talk.
