Let me ask you a question? Have you ever sat through a 90 mins “workshop” of a presenter holding a monologue with the help of 76 power point slides, presenting his/her preconceived ideas of what they think you need?

1. Our support is tailor-made towards the needs of your staff and your company/organization

What does this mean?

Many other companies have a “fixed program”, with a set “curriculum”. These programs can be absolutely brilliant, but that does not mean it is what you Need for your organization.  The danger of these set programs is, that you pay a lot of money for them, everyone finds them interesting, but afterwards absolutely nothing has changed for you in reality.

How are we different?

We have a hands on approach rooted in your reality.

As a first step we are going to deliver “starter” Events.

The themes of them will be around the subjects of Work/Life Balance, Overwhelm and Stress Management.

During these events we will listen closely to your staff and management actual needs.

Step 2:  With the help of the knowledge we gained in step 1, we will create follow up events. These are tailor made to the unique issues within your company culture.

We seek to open up the channels for the staff to engage and communicate.  Only through honest and open conversations can we find the solution to your unique challenges.

This can be sometimes best achieved by holding group discussions after trust has been established.

2. How can we provide this and who are “We”?

“We” are a group of Achologists.  We all trained with Achology, the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. I worked with every single one of them and trust their skills.

It is impossible for anyone to be the expert of everything.  If I don’t feel comfortable delivering an event, there will be someone who can.

Everyone of us has a unique set of knowledge based on real life experience.  This is the reason why we can provide relevant and tailormade events, which are designed to find the right solutions for your company, rather than predesigned and set programs.

The events can be a mixture of “in person” and “online” events as some of my partners are as far away as Australia or the USA.  The advantage for you is that you have access to facilitators from many countries with different cultural perspectives.

We are all trained in holding online events. Meaning that you will be also able to keep the costs down of bringing someone in “in person” and the training can be held on a regular basis.

3. What services can we deliver?

The events can be workshops, group discussions and tutorials.  They are interactive and always address your companies specific needs.

We can also provide 1-to-1 sessions to specific team members.

Additionally, we run Mentorship programs for individuals and groups.  Mentorship is a wonderful way to work with a group of people either in an department of your company or for example to open up the conversation between managers and leaders of different sections.

Often our Managers get in to their positions because they are excellent at their job. But then feel overwhelmed because they suddenly need to be leaders. They are missing the necessary people- and social awareness skills.  For that reason the Mentorship programs include training in self awareness, self regulation and coaching – and communication skills.

4. Why even consider long term programs like Mentorship?

The development of life, communication and leadership skills take time and are a process.

No trainer can wave a magic wand and can make deep rooted issues in a company disappear. If your staff finds the work environment they work in or a specific staff member toxic, than a once of Webinar on inclusion and bullying, just won’t do the job.  There is nothing wrong with the above, but they just won’t have the necessary impact.
