Life Skills Training
Building a community of Role Models
Life Skills programs for teenagers and kids
We all heard it when we were young and very likely are saying it now ourselves: “The Youth of today …”
A statement followed by a list of criticisms what is wrong with the next generation.
But what if there is nothing wrong with our Youth? What if we simply are missing to give our teenagers the necessary life skills and tools to negotiate themselves and the big wide World?
Life Skills for Teenagers is a series of interactive and open Workshops. They are created for teenagers, to learn the tools, which are traditionally not taught in schools and many of us adults aren’t aware off, for the simple reason, that no one ever taught them to ourselves either.
Did you ever say to yourself: “I wish someone would have told me that when I was a kid”? This program is aiming to exactly do that. To deliver some wisdom and life principles, which are true for everyone.
We aim to do this without the “another adult is telling me what to do” approach, which teenagers hate so much.
The aim is to make it easier for teenagers to negotiate the turmoil of this very important time in their life and to learn the skills to make the transition in to adulthood.
The Life skills training include communication skills, the foundation of all our relationships, self awareness and social awareness.
We are offering insights and knowledge which will hopefully stay with them for life and will make the whole experience of adulthood in the future much easier, smoother and a lot of fun.
The sessions are based on letting the participants explore their world and come to their own solutions and to give them the skills of “prevention” rather than addressing issues later in life.
The workshops are based on a group coaching concept and group discussions. They are perfect for schools, transition year students, sports and youth clubs.
Individual sessions (from 16 years only) are also available.

We all like the idea of the wise old man or woman in the village, who gives his knowledge to the next generation.
Reality seems to be far removed from that idyllic picture and the generational gap seems to get wider all the time.
But is that actually true?
To be able to open an honest conversation between the generations we need to seek to understand each other.
As adults we are often stuck in more assumptions and presumptions about the next generation than what is reality. Have we forgotten of what it is like to go through this scary transition of life?
How can we become the adults we wished to have had around when we were young?
How can we become role models?
Educhology is providing one-to-one coaching for any adult struggling with supporting their children in their life. That could be as a parent for your own children or as a professional. Often we need to become self aware and learn how to self regulate ourselves, before we can help the ones who are counting on us.
We are also providing regular workshops and support groups.
We are a team of coaches and trainers from around the World. For that reason a lot of our services are delivered online.
Some of our member expertise are:
How to learn to understand each other and how to improve communication?
What to do when your child got a diagnosis like ADHD or Autism?
How can we help our teenagers to find their own identity?
And many more.

What are the Group Workshops like?
” I asked Gaby to facilitate webinars for my coachees. Gaby met with a group of children between 12 and 17 years old. I appreciated the way Gaby interacted with the children. She was innovative in creating the games she has used. She also knew how to transfer the insightful messages to the kids. I deeply value the time we have spent together and absolutely will invite her again.”
